Cody Lee Terrell
Cody is a seasoned business executive, specializing in growing organizations, driving new business, and increasing operational efficiencies. He is a master at scheduling and organizing so that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Cody is co-owner of a commercial and industrial HVAC equipment installation, maintenance and services company specializing in medical, hi-rise, industrial, university, and residential multi-tenant buildings. As regional manager he is able to help assist state and federal government clients.
From a young age Cody was working in the family businesses learning landscaping and home remodeling. Later with corporate America, he climb the ladder quickly and has spent years in regional management capacity overseeing operations of territories, offices, personal and expanding overall footprint of business territories.
During his leisure time, Cody can be found enjoying his passion for fitness or wake surfing on locals lakes with friends and family.
Keith Woodard
Keith has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. As owner of a custom finisher company and later owner of a custom storefront glass company, he lead a crew in all 50 states, installing custom millwork packages and glass in multi-million dollar custom homes, commercial retail stores and car dealerships with well known clients including Sketchers, Ultra Beauty, Finish Line, Journeys, Dress Barn, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, and Honda. Later, as lead foreman for an Architectural metal fabrication company, Keith was able to exercise his creative side by leading a crew to fabricate many architectural elements seen around the Austin tech areas.
Keith's unique experience has culminated in his passion for recreating a vibrant environment. He is using his eye for quality and his unique design skills to create impressive renovations in the Austin area.
When Keith takes a break from creativity, he is practicing JuJitsu with his wife and kids or fishing the many beautiful rivers in the Texas hill country.
